The Tea Hive is a fictional cafe that is aimed at creating a safe and inviting environment for high school and college students to take a break and reconnect with peers. Tea is known to relax the body, mind, and spirit, and would be beneficial for high–stress students to recharge or unwind, relax with friends or meet with peers to work on a group project. In order to foster an accepting community for all students, I sought inspiration from bee communities, as seen in the as in the colors, shapes, textures, and aim for sustainability.
